Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL FedEx or UPS with tracking ID and even with other local courier services. If you prefer a different delivery company, an additional cost maybe applied, so please contact us before choosing another delivery Company. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

Your delivery charge is based on the subtotal of your basket, before any discounts are applied.

Lagos Island & Mainland: ₦ 1,780

West Zone: ₦ 3,350

East Zone: ₦ 4,500

North: ₦ 5,050

South Zone: ₦ 5,050

To post any shoe with its original box/case attracts extra fee of ₦ 1,700.

Customer bears the cost of returning shoes for exchange. NO REFUND but exchange within 7days.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Within Lagos and Abuja, your order will be delivered to your door within 2 business days of dispatch, outside Lagos and Abuja, 3-5 business days. You’ll get an email and/or a phone call the day before to let you know it’s due for arrival. You’ll have the option to reschedule for a different date if you need to. Please note: packaging won’t be taken away by the carrier.

WEEKEND DELIVERY

We do not deliver on weekends. However, on very urgent or exceptional situations, you may opt for Saturday or Sunday delivery by adding an order note at the checkout. We will charge extra per delivery for weekend services, so if you choose to get your items delivered separately, it will cost you more.
